The Spotted Hog Candle Co.® was founded in the year 2000 by Tarrah Zimmerman.
I’ve been in this business for well over a decade and I love every second of it. I started this business in my kitchen just as a hobby and here we are today. We have a very large customer base and ship all over the world.
Little about what we do here. We make almost every type of candle~ Jars, Votives, Tarts, Novelty Shaped Tarts, Clamshells Tarts, Single Tart Cups, Home Fragrance Oils, Soap, Tart Brittle, the famous Spotted Hog® Whippets™ and since every item is made to order we offer a choice of soy or paraffin in any color and fragrance combination. Currently we carry about 300 or so fragrances and are always developing new scents. We have a reputation for really good bakery scents which are my absolute favorite. A lot of our fragrances are custom blends and some are stock. We not only work with general suppliers but we have direct relationships with the perfumists that custom make oils just for Spotted Hog® such as our Orange Chiffon cake, Anginettes butter cookies, Waffle Cone and Birthday Cake just to name a few.
